Your child is ready to stop. We're here to help it stick.

Thumb sucking is one of the most common oral habits in young children and one of the hardest to break without the right support. By preschool or kindergarten, a persistent habit can affect how the teeth align, how the mouth grows, and even how clearly a child speaks.

Our five-visit, 60-day program gives kids the tools, motivation, and accountability to break the habit on their own terms.

Readiness matters

Is this program right for your child?

This program works best when the child themselves is motivated to stop. We welcome families at all stages of readiness — and our intake process is designed to help both you and your child feel confident before we begin.

Why we ask first

Children who feel hesitant or pressured don't succeed in the program and we want every child who walks through our door to succeed. A few questions before enrolling makes sure this is the right fit and the right moment.

Best Fit For:

Children ages 4 and up

Children who have expressed interest in stopping, even casually

Families who have tried other methods without lasting success

Children whose dentist has flagged bite or palate concerns

Families who want professional support and accountability

Ready to take the next step?

Let's see if we're a good fit

Before we get started, we'd love to learn a little about your child and your family's goals. There are no right or wrong answers this helps Chelsey understand where you're coming from and whether this is the right moment to begin.

⏱ Takes about 5 minutes
